I am Jarrel Thomas

I’m Jarrel Thomas — a cybersecurity analyst with experience in incident response, audit readiness, and risk management. Currently, I serve at Twilio as a support technician in email where I investigate email threats, support SOC 2 compliance, and strengthened threat monitoring processes. In previous positions I’ve held, I have implemented ISO 27001 access controls and upgraded systems to meet federal security standards.
